have successfully been selling real estate since 1999. I have an
Accredited Buyer's Representative, ABR designation and am very
excited to be working for Otis & Ahearn Real Estate. I became involved in real
estate because I receive a tremendous amount of satisfaction
helping people find their new homes. I also enjoy the one on one
relationship the job offers as well as the many challenges that
come with making my transactions run trouble free. Finding a new
home can be an emotional process and I pride myself on making
the transaction run as smooth as possible.
Before becoming a Realtor, I
enjoyed a very successful career in retail. I have worked for
many well-known retailers such as The Jordan Marsh Company,
Bradlees Department Stores and most recently as a buyer for
Talbots, but always had a desire to join the challenging field
of real estate. My new career has allowed me to utilize my skill
set that I have honed for the past 14 years. I am committed to
my clients offering them the highest level of professionalism,
integrity, service and hard work. My clients interests come
first; it is not about the sale; it is about helping my clients
achieve their goals by listening to their needs and using my
strong negotiation and marketing skills to buy or sell their
home at the most advantageous price. I treat all of my clients
with respect and want to be sure that they are 110% satisfied.
